I am Kim~

I struggle with my weight and have done so for years. I have PCOS, OCD, Hypothyroidism, and Fibromyalgia. With Fibromyalgia being my biggest obstacle when it comes to my weight management. I am not the heaviest that I have ever been but I am no where near my goal. I take it one day at a time and I suppose that is as much as can be expected.

Eat for satisfaction (not too much, not too little) and a feeling of vitality for most hours of the day. If you are honest with yourself, you will lose weight, though you may not get skinny. Take your health concerns seriously. Research shows those who seriously believe it is their responsibility to live healthily no matter what the result do better at changing their habits and losing weight. You have to feel you have done your best, even if your best means some temporary slip ups. Keep going and some day the moderate days will outnumber the stuffed-feeling days.
