My Goals:
Overall health and wellbeing and a positive self-image. I come from a "cardiac" family with a lot of bad history. I already have high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
I work a pretty stressful job and want to use nutrition and exercise to help re-invent myself.

My Program:
I've always believed in managed nutrition, but never found a tool that made it easy to track. So far, I'm delighted with SparkPeople for this purpose. I'm currently targeting 1800-2000 cal a day with a 50c/30p/20f ratio to help me lean out a bit.
I'm currently using the Power90 exercise program in the mornings with the goal of eventually making it through a P90X cycle sometime next year.
I was extremely lucky to find a BodyBugg at the Goodwill store for $5 (yes FIVE DOLLARS) and will be using this tool as well.

Thank you for the welcome! What is the power 90 master series? Is it just P90X?

Hey! Power 90 is what put me on the path to good health and fitness. I felt too uncoordinated at the height of my weight to do funky dancing types of workouts. P90 is exactly what I needed. I dropped 20 inches and 34 pounds in 90 days with the program. I still cant' do a basic push up, but I can do more on my knees then I ever thought I would!

Nice job with Power 90. If you completed it you are definitely ready of P90X. Go for it and BRING IT!
