Thank you for your comment on my blog post. My weekly weigh ins aren't me being bold, I started this journey by joining a local biggest loser challenge and we HAD to weigh in each week. I decided to keep it up after those initial 10 weeks because it keeps me accountable week in and week out. By weighing in weekly I can not allow myself to 'cheat' too much on my diet. If I weighed in monthly or bi-weekly I could convince myself that it would be okay to have soda and pizza occasionally because I would have enough time to work it off before my next weigh in.
