My Goals:
My Goal is to stay fit. Plain as that. I just want to make sure that I can still run 8K's and 5K's when I'm 40, 50, 60 and on!
My Program:
I'm keeping track of my nutrition for the first time in my life (it isn't as easy as it sounds, is it?) and use a combination of outdoor runs and WiiFit to keep exercising.
Personal Information:
I currently live in Lake View, a neighborhood of Chicago, IL but I'm a Texan at heart.
