GREETINGS FROM RODOS-GREECE. FEB09
I RECENTLY MOVED HERE TO MARRY THE LOVE OF MY LIFE AFTER 23 YEARS.
OVER MANY YEARS I HAVE TAKEN CARE OF EVERYONE ELSE. I WAS MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY NEGLECTING AND LOSING RESPECT FOR MYSELF. MANY TIMES I TRIED TAKING TIME FOR ME, I WAS SO OVERWHELMED, GOT DISCOURAGED EASILY, DID NOT HAVE A PLAN AND JUST GAVE UP. GREAT EXCUSES HUH!!
I HAVE BEEN BLESSED AND HAVE A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LORD, IS MY ONLY SALVATION.
NOW IS THE TIME HE HAS CHOOSEN TO TAKE CARE OF ME.
WAS IT BY ACCIDENT I CAME ACROSS SPARK PEOPLE?? I THINK NOT. ..
ANSWERED PRAYER , YES!!!
I AM VERY GRATEFUL,
AND I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT I. WHAT A GREAT GIFT!!!

I AM TRULY BLESSED.
BY HIS STRIPES WE ARE HEALED.


MY SPARK DIET PROGRAM:

1. BUY A SET OF MEASURING CUPS AND SPOON
2. MEASURE ALL SINGLE SERVING SIZES OF FOOD
3. CREATE A LEFT-OVER STORAGE SYSTEM

2. EAT 5 - 8 FRUIT AND VEGETABLES DAILY
3. DRINK MORE WATER
4. EAT FIBER LOADED FOODS
5. EAT LOW CALORIE FOODS FIRST
6. PLAN MEALS WEEKLY
7. WALK 30 MINUTES EVERY DAY=210 MIN PER WEEK
8. CARDIO 15 MINUTES A DAY= 105 MIN PER WEEK
9. JOURNAL DAILY
10. BECOME A TEAM PLAYER

5. I WILL BE KIND, PATIENT AND LOVING TO MYSELF.

7. I WILL LEAVE BEHIND OLD HABITS AND ENDLESS BATTLES, THAT CAN NO LONGER CONTROL ME.
8. I WILL MAKE EACH DAY A CELEBRATION OF WHO I WANT TO BE.
9. I WILL BECOME CONFIDENT AND SUCCESSFUL
10. I WILL REACH AND MAINTAIN MY NEW LIFESTYLE, NO MATTER HOW LONGIT TAKES.

1. WILL FOLLOW ALL THE DAILY & WEEKLY SCHEDULES.
2. I HAVE CREATED A NEW, IMPROVED LIFESTYLE FOR MYSELF.
3. I WILL TAKE A COMPLETE INVENTORY OF MYSELF EACH MONTH & MAKE CHANGES TO ADJUST TO EACH GOAL.
4.I WILL FOLLOW THE SP DIET STEPS TO KEEP FOCUSED AND ACCOUNTABLE.
5.I WILL LOSE 2 LBS A WEEK TO REACH MY GOAL WEIGHT.

I AM ORIGINALLY FROM WEST VIRGINIA.
I RETIRED FROM SPECIAL ED. & AND WAS A RESPITE CARE PROVIDER FOR ADULTS.
I WAS VERY ACTIVE WITH CHURCH AND MY
LARGE FAMILY.
I AM A MASSAGE THERAPIST AND LOVE WORKING WITH PEOPLE.
STARTING ALL OVER IS TRULY A CHALLANGING ADVENTURE , I KNOW GOD HAS LED ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY .
I CHECKED INTO DIETS FOR THE NEW YEAR AND FOUND SP, IT IS A GREAT NEW BEGINNING TO A HEALTHY NEW LIFESTLYE.

I AM CURRENTLY TAKING GREEK SCHOOL LESSONS, IT IS ALOT OF FUN, YET CHALLANGING.
I HAVE MANY MANY QUOTES IT IS HARD TO PICK A FAVORITE, ANYTHING FROM THE BIBLE.
EVERY DAY I AM GRATEFUL FOR MY LIFE.
I HOPE AND PRAY OTHERS MAY TRUST AND BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES AND ACHIEVE THEIR HEARTS DESIRE.
