Healthy and Happy
Wow, 5 years on Spark! First year was amazing with a 60 pound weight loss, year two I maintained. Year three I gained about 12 back. Year four and five have been tough. I gained back just over half of the 60 pounds lost. So here I am, back at it and working toward my weight loss goals.

Fourth Year Sparkversary!! 
What an awesome accomplishment, since 15477 others joined the week you did, I am sure most all of them have long since quit or never even got started. Give yourself credit as Judith Beck PhD says in her wonderful book "The BECK Diet Solution" for learning to think like a thin person.
