My Goals:
I will be adding more goals later: But for now, as to not overwhelm myself, my goal is to loose 20lbs, by april.

Another goal is to work out 5 days a week and and eat healthy every day. Even if that means making healthier choices, no matter what. No excuses!

I have officially lost my 20lbs! I am at 24lbs lost ! My New Goal: loose another 20lbs by the end of August!

My Program:
I am working out 5 days a week, making a smoothie every day, and switching out my whole calorie intake to a healthier diet. I am also trying to drink 8 8oz of water everyday.
