New here...again. I joined when it was first getting started many years ago, lost a lot, looked and felt great, but the deleted my old account, fell away for many years before returning again now.

Joined to be able to track my nutrition easily. It is so easy to add a recipe and follow the ups and downs of each nutrient.

Some health issues caused me to take a serious look at my diet and I'm working to try to stay healthier without other interventions for as long as ...

Some health issues caused me to take a serious look at my diet and I'm working to try to stay healthier without other interventions for as long as possible. I'm working on increasing my strength and flexibility, while eliminating wheat, grains, soy, sugar, additives, MSG, HFCS, food dyes from my diet.

Like to use herbs and essential oils to deal with most of life's issues when ever I can instead of running for the medicine chest or doctor's office--though those places are very useful for the big events in life.

Noticing the strength/flexibility decline natural to aging and doing something about it so it doesn't have to take me some place I don't want to go before its time to go there!

Thanks, I thought of you when it rained the other day and was wondering if you got any. I was going to send you a message but I got distracted and forgot. We only got about a half inch. But it was nice to see.

Thank you for commenting on my feed about me giving away my 'fat' clothes. I was at my peak at a size 20 a few months ago, and so I'm now in size 12-14's. I'm giving away my 16, 18 and 20 size jeans to Goodwill. I have jeans that go as low as a size 2 from many years ago. I probably will never get that low again and probably wouldn't look good that thin at my age, but I like to have them as a reminder of how small I used to be. Sizing has changed a lot over the years too. What used to be a size 4 in the 80's is now a size 2 or 0. So that in itself is misleading. I'll hoping to be around a 6-10 in jeans. It's not the weight or the size as much as the way I look and feel.

How you're toning up your skin with the Metabolic Aftershock? I just read your blog and I would love to find out what that program/system is!
