Yep I have been tracking since December and it has TRULY CHANGED THIS THING FOR ME from being a diet (purposed only to lose lbs) to a lifestyle change (health first, weight loss a by-product)
I'm really not sure on what my ultimate goal is. I want to be TIGHT. no flab. That could come at 185..shrugs. I have no idea.
Right now I am trying to *finally* cross into the 100's. I have about 8lbs to go. Realistically I am losing about 1 lb a week. So it'll probably take me until July to reach it.
