The Condensed version: I'm at 248 lbs, but I've seen 186lbs....and why oh why did I let myself slide ALL the way back, and then some? My ultimate goal is 170.

Working out is not a problem, its my eating that keeps me the size I am (and assisted me in gaining many of my pounds back). I've figured out I cannot eat what I want and let the exercise do the rest. So here I am...still on this journey. I took some long strides backwards, but I am here.

Day by day, this is what I've done. Im shooting to workout 5 days a week. On the food side, I just want to eat with sense; not eating when I am not hungry, opting for more healthier options, not eating out all the time and JUST EAT LIKE I HAVE SENSE!!!!!!!

REAL TALK-Im miserable b/c of my up and down rollercoaster and I acknowledge I've never gave it 100%. Im giving it 100% this year; I cannot let myself down another year!

Food: I'm pushing myself to eat better; no beef or pork and RARELY fried foods, sweets and lemonade for a while :-)

Workout regimen: Training for a 10k, lots of cardio and strength training.

I'm doing a 5k every month in pursuit of running a half marathon.
