8/27/2016- I worked very hard back in 2014 and lost almost 80 lbs. I spent half of 2015 to now GAINING half that back. I'm ready to stop self sabatoging. And I'm really tired of starting over (2014) Starting over.....AGAIN. Excited yet scared to fail again. Since I was on here before (2012) I have gained more weight (I can feel it, but Im afraid to actually weigh myself so I estimate it is at 215-220lbs) My size 16 jeans are tight.I feel sluggish. I need to get healthy NOW. So here I go..... one day at a time. Thank you to all the lovely people on SP that share their weight loss stories, they give me hope and keep my motivation up. (2012)Starting over again. I started SP in 2010, but couldn't keep my motivation up. I am now growing deeper in faith and know that I am worth the time and effort to be healthy and happy. I am currently 193-194 lbs. My goal is to be in the 130's. I turn 29 on September 17, 2012 so I am determined to get myself in great health this year and start my 30's in an awesome way :-)!! (2010)-I'm a 27 years old mother of a fantastic 9 year old son. I have been struggling with weight isues my entire life. I'm a typical yo yo dieter, I will have months of strick dieting only to follow up with months of overindulgence :-) !! In my teens and early twenties I had an eating disorder and used a certain drug that kept me at a normal weight but obviously was killing my health. Since I stopped doing all the bad stuff, i gained alot of weight and didn't really know what steps to take to get healthy. I want to lose weight for good, not only for health reasons but to help me get my self-esteem in check as well. My son deserves to have a mother who can teach him a healthy lifestyle. 2011 will be a year of change for me on every level of life and I'm super excited about it!! I get really motivated when I see people on this site achieve their goals, it gives me alot of hope. :-)

My Goals:
I joined sparkpeople in early 2010, I lost 20lbs, but also lost motivation along the way. My goals are to lose about 50 pounds this year (2011)and build healthy self-esteem. I need to in order to raise my son to be a happy and healthy individual :-)


My Program:
Goals:
Workout at least 5 days a week for 30 mins-1 hr

Be more physically active

Eat clean- more veggies and fruit for sure

Lots of WATER

-No fast food
-No soda
-Cut down on yummy mexican food :-)
