We are the choices we make!
Still miss my children, but I see they are growing into such fine adults that it's hard to be sad. They are home right now, sometimes helping , sometimes making a mess, but I have got to say I love it!

My Goals:
My daughter wants to try South Beach starting June 1st, so My new goal is to try that for at least fourteen days...but man I am going to miss my carbs!
My Program:
After being with this site for over two years, I have devoted myself 90% of the time to lifestyle changes. Just need to get to where I am not sabatoging my work ten percent of the time!
