Starting Over Again

I've been away from here for a while and I definitely am ready to get started on this path of losing again. Honestly, for the past few years I've just been making one half-hearted attempt after another to lose weight.

My exercise game has really slowed down, which is probably why I've gained my weight back. Not to mention my eating hasn't really changed either.

My weight loss interests these days includes making a slow transition to a vegetarian lifestyle. I'm not there yet, but I try to include more of this in my diet everyday. I'm also trying to up my workout game again, but I must admit the motivation isn't there like it used to be. Trying to find my mojo again is hard to do, but I decided to come back to what used to work for me. And Sparkpeople was it!
