It's a 10 Day eating plan. A book written by TV fitness guru Jackie Warner - Lose 10 Pounds in 10 Days. It's pretty restrictive (1000 cals) - but only for 10 days - then it moves to Phase 2 (1250 cals) and Phase 3 (1500 cals). You eat the same thing each day for 10 days and voila you lose 10 pounds! (I hope!)

The 5K was really challenging - it was the hardest one I've done so far. My time was 36:11 a PR (personal record) for me, but I had been hoping for under 35 minutes. There were 1500 runners (the body heat and crowding was an issue), it was 90 degrees and very very humid . It all combined to seriously affect my performance. Still, I finished (with a PR) so I'm not too upset. I will be training indoors for the next several months though.
Your job sounds great - perfect for you. I love that you can do it from home, that really saves you time and money (and you can keep up with household chores at the same time) Win-Win !
I totally understand how you felt when your friends left ... our family was here for 7 days and we were super busy the whole time. I was exhausted when they all left - heartbroken, but exhausted!
