After almost a year of being on SP & not much success(b/c I was doing it half @SS), I'm re-committing myself to eating healthier and moving more. In addition, I'm hoping to find ways to re-connect w/friends and loved ones that don't involve food all of time as well as spending more time on hobbies and relaxing, while looking for a job and gearing up for a move in 2 mos. My Goals:
SparkPeople's 5K Your Way Walk/Jog Training Program (this is my 2nd time doing it). The first one was last yr. My hubby & I are training to run a Turkey Trot hopefully w/our pup if we do a dog friendly one. :)

I am 5' 4" - this is the lowest weight I have ever been. When I was down to 135 on and off for a few years, I did not have near as much muscle on me.

I was shopping yesterday and tried on several pairs of pants and they were all size 4 and they fit. I ended up buying a pair of jeans for $7.00 off the clearance rack - LOVE Clearance !

How is the 5k training ? What is your time per mile ?

My streak is a bit silly at this point, but I have a tough time with consistency. My goal is to deliberately exercise 15 min a day.
