Hello and Welcome to My Spark Page!

If you couldn't tell by my screen name, my name is Jim :)

I'm 28 years old and at the time of writing this I'm weighing in at a hefty 246. However, I used to weigh 310lbs in college. The first 60 lbs I dropped off and haven't looked back, however , I've been yo-yoing between 200 and 250 for the last 2 years.

I'm looking to leverage SparkPeople to help me be more consistent with my healthy eating and exercise plans. In so doing, I hope to also avoid these negative ...

Thanks for noting the exercise minutes thing. Because of my regular exercise to rehab my shoulder, VERY important to me, and because I feel it's really important to get in at least a mile or so of outdoor exercise daily -- just to get out of the house -- my minutes have been accumulating faster. Getting to be a habit, as jogging once was.

Thank you so much for that comment on my blog! I do beat myself up about not being perfect sometimes, and that is definitely something that I need to work on. It doesn't only occur in this part of my life, it occurs in all of it. I think it will help a lot if I work on this! Thanks for the support! :)
