2. To learn to eat healthy and cut out ALL junk food. To reach for a piece of fruit instead of Hersheys Dark Chocolate bar.
3. Since I'm an old lady(try the MA character from Every Which Way But Loose)I want to inspire and instill in others that ONE IS NEVER TOO OLD!!!!
Cleaning the junk out of my life, literally. From food to material stuff I no longer need.

Love to crochet. I am a pagan, a KAMAINA TEXAN, run 4 head of dog, 3 head of cat and the trail boss for the whole herd is the parrot. And to make matters worse, I dropped the clutch out of my silverbroom at Candlemas.
Thanks for checking in with me! Yep, it looks like a wet/stormy day in AR. So far, we've just had some showers, nothing bad-though the ground is pretty saturated already! It looks like the second wave of this is still to the SW of us, but headed our way...
I just took the dogs out again trying to let them potty before the worst of it hits--can be such a chore, they HATE even getting their little feet wet! LOL The cats stay pretty near me or else sleep on our bed--they are easy to gather up. Rosie is in her cage and it is on wheels so we can roll it into the hall and away from her windows...
Those poor folks in Texas got hit hard last night; sending light and bright blessings to them...
Stay safe up there; let me hear that you are OK... Love, light, and peace, Pam
for your positive reply to my GG post. It's nice to be reminded that just reaching out and sharing--whether we're feeling particularly strong or successful or not--can produce positive ripples in unexpected ways. You brightened my day!
Hi! Thanks for checking on me...yep, the storm just reached us about 30 minutes ago. So far just heavy rain and some rumbles... Have the bird's cage in her safe place in the hall; fur babies are snuggled up near me; and, all is well!
Keep you and yours safe as well, dear. Love & light, Pam
Hi, Anni! Watching Channel 7 and see that Clinton is in the path of a severe storm...just thinking of you and hope you are in a safe place! Take cover! Surrounding you with light, Pam Bright Blessings!
