My Goals:
I'd love to get back to about 130 - 135. Over 2 years ago (4/3/04) I started the South Beach Diet & lost 46 pounds, which was great. - I was up to 177 - which wasn't healthy or pretty for my 5'4" frame. My end weight was 131 & I had never looked or felt better physically. I was sleeping better, had more energy & was more relaxed & focused in my daily life. Over this year's winter holidays (2005-2006), I put a few pounds on & then had surgery, which kept me from paying attention to my workout & diet. Now is the time to get back to that goal weight!

My Program:
I have recently started power walking again. I normally go about 5 miles (80 to 90 minutes) at least 5 times a week, some weeks I'll go every day. I have also started paying more attention to what I'm eating, trying to cut out the sweets entirely.
