Here we go again....

My Goals:
To run a 10K, lose 25 pounds, and increase energy and mood.

My Program:
I'm doing walk/run intervals - usually 2.5 to 3.5 miles - at least 3 times a week, I'm going to start Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred video and get back into a regular yoga practice.

Personal Information:
I'm from Cleveland, OH but moved to Bakersfield, CA last summer. Between the huge cross-country move, finding a new job and getting used to a new city my diet and exercise habits have really suffered. I'm hoping to get back on track this spring.
