Pushing through the pounds

Soo..I joined in January..was going strong and then got involved with school, work, and overall life. I got off track, stopped counting my calories, stopped working out, and just stopped being motivated. However, I just recently weighed myself and realized the repercussions of what happened. I am now starting over with a new focus - to get in shape for myself and to improve my health in order to be a good role model for my boyfriend! Wish me luck!!!

My Goals:
I have been the same weight for over 10 years and while I have never felt obese, my BMI says I need to lose over 45 pounds to be healthy..this seems like an overwelming goal but I want to be healthy!

My Program:
I am working out on the 30-day shred, tracking my food intake, and drinking more water.
