Now or Never!

(Why am I here? Why not? I am 24 and over 200 pounds. I am desperate to make some lifestyle changes.)

Wow, so I think it is time for a new introduction. The one posted above was from 3 years ago. The why am I here? Is no longer a why not? I'm here because I need to make a lifestyle change. My weight has fluctuated. It always has, but the difference is now I'm 27. I have went from as low as 185 to as high as 230 in the 3 years. So now I'm somewhere in the middle at 214 as of today ...

Wow, so I think it is time for a new introduction. The one posted above was from 3 years ago. The why am I here? Is no longer a why not? I'm here because I need to make a lifestyle change. My weight has fluctuated. It always has, but the difference is now I'm 27. I have went from as low as 185 to as high as 230 in the 3 years. So now I'm somewhere in the middle at 214 as of today and my body is starting to show the signs of the fluctuating. It kinda freaks me out a bit. So to start, my realistic goal is 150. Most of all I want to be under 200! If I don't make a once and for all change...I'm never going to.

-UPDATE-
I am now 32 years old & still working towards my goal. Over the past few years I have gotten down to 189 pounds & gained all of it back plus about 10 pounds extra. I am now beginning to get some blood work back that isn't terrible, but certainly isn't good either. My body is beginning to send out warning signs that I desperately need to make a change. I have the intentions of living until I am 101 at least. LOL I have so much I want to do & accomplish. I'd like to make a difference in the world in so many ways or at least give it my best shot. I need to start with losing some weight. How can I make a difference in the lives of others if I'm not making a difference in my own life. I'm going to take the warning signs very seriously & hope that I can make some immediate changes in my health to become a stronger, healthier, happier, & more energetic me! :-)

My Goals:
My goal is mostly weight loss, but at this point the hardest part isn't losing weight. It's doing it the right way & toning and reshaping my body as I go. I don't like excercise. Not because I'm lazy, but because I'm not coordinated. I'm really not joking. Even when I was smaller I hated it for this reason.

My Program:
Getting edited at the moment.

We have had times where we talk every day & times where life just gets busy & chaotic, but no matter what, it means the world to me to have you in my life. You are an amazing person & you may not know it, but you have been there for me just as much. We're in each other's lives for a reason. :-)
