My name is John and I just turned 40 years old. I am a Paramedic with West Shore EMS in the Harrisburg PA area. I just graduated back in November. I have let myself go through the 15 months of class and have gained back about 40 pounds. I have not been on this website for a while but found that it has been a big help in the past and am hoping I can get back into the swing of things.

Hi, EMT6937. I notice that generally speaking, men don't participate much in co-ed P90X Sparkers, but men communicate plenty in 50+ Males. I started a team called P90X Men for men only, thinking guys doing P90X might exchange a lot more in a men's only group. I invite you to check it out, huddle with the team, and see if there are any threads there you'd like to join or if you'd like to start a thread of your own. Looking forward to seeing you there.
