I've struggled with my weight all my life, though I was at least almost in a healthy range until I went to college. I did WW twice, the first time losing about 30 lbs, which I gained back, then on the second try - online, I lost about 60 lbs, but then got pregnant with our first. I was all set to go, but a year later, found out we were expecting our second. It's been nearly 2.5 years since I had our little boy and I'm nearly back at the weight I was when I gave birth to him.
I have found with the little ones, it's pretty difficult for me to maintain a good schedule for workouts that lasts more than a few weeks. Something always seems to happen. I vow that I won't let it interfere anymore. It is time to stop making excuses or allowing circumstances to take my control away.
Short term (2 mos): COMPLETED
-Schedule workouts for 3-5x/wk
Medium (3-6 mos):
-Move toward more whole foods.
-Decrease processed foods.
-Increase intensity of workouts 2-3x of 4-5x/wk
I do a DVD (Tae Bo, FIRM cardio/strengh, Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred or No More Trouble Zones) and/or run/walk 3-5 miles at least 4x per week. My goal is to run a 5k by the end of summer, as I had a 3 week set back with hip/back problems.

Month 3: 4.2 lbs lost, 3.5" lost 10% loss reached
I love hiking, spending time with family, knitting, crossword puzzles, music - piano, guitar & voice
I have started running and LOVE it!
