Thanks for helping me out on my blog! I think you might have been right about getting more protein especially after the workout. But I don't think I can give up those frosted mini-wheats. They are my favorite thing in the world and it would make me super sad to give them up...haha But i try not to eat them every day : / Anyway thanks again for the advice!
Thanks for telling about your team. I thought it sounded familiar and I looked back on some of the posts. I belonged to it in May of 2007. I made a note for April 1st to see when the next trip will start. Keep up the good work. Did you check out Walkertracker? There are a lot of people there from Spark that's how I found out about it.
