My Goals:
To sum it up, I really just want to be more healthy. I consider myself pretty physically active, but I have a few problem areas (stomach and back) I would like to improve.

I would love to be in my healthy BMI range. I am 5'4, which means I really should weigh no more than 145 pounds.

My Program:
Diet - I'm not really following a specific diet plan yet, but I hope to start soon.

Exercise - I do various forms of cardio workouts 4-5 times a week. This may include doing elliptical, jogging on treadmill, latin dance class or kickboxing. I'm also doing strength training at least twice a week.

64oz of water emoticon
3-5 servings of fruits/veggies emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
30 mins exercise emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

10 mins stretching before bed
emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
8 hours of sleep emoticon
Give a SP friend a goodie emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Your goal is to accomplish as many of these as possible today...I'm shooting for all 6. But you may pick as many as you like...but you must do at least 1....pass it on to a few friends!!

Hey Girl,
How's it been going? Just stopping by to say HIIII!!! My 10K is in a few weeks...yeah!! I'm actually looking forward to getting it out of the way so I can focus on decreasing my body fat % and strength training...it seems like there is always something else to track. I guess that's why it's a journey huh, lol.
