Never discourage anyone who continually makes progress, no matter how slow ~Plato

Haven't really gotten the feel for this yet. Just kind of testing the waters. I'll add a better introduction....eventually. :)

"Beautiful Woman Award! Once you've been given this award, you have to paste it on the wall of 8 women who deserve it. If you receive more than 3, you know you're really beautiful! If you break the chain, nothing will happen, but it's always good to know someone thinks you're beautiful inside and out"

I appreciate our friendship.
Stay beautiful.

I had a beautiful holiday as well. And yes, lots of heart-healthy wine, lol. Still trying to get back on track. Not eating crazy but it could be better. Are you back on track yet? Getting in enough good calories?

Hey, thanks for the comment you left on my page. It made my day! I've still been sparking but I've cut way back. I am way behind on reading my friends blogs and activity feed. I'm not sweating it. Hopefully everyone understands how hectic things can get over the holidays. You could spend a couple hours every day sparking if you really wanted to. I probably spent over an hour a day on the site at one time but now I've cut down to 15 minutes or so 4 or 5 times a week.

Did you have a good holiday? How are you doing with your eating and exercise?
