My Goals:
My main goal is to become healthy. I have had a lot of health setbacks this year and my body is flirting with hypertension at only 27 years. I want to loose weight, live a more active lifestyle and eat more healthfully. After I have adjusted to a new lifestyle, my next major goal is to quit smoking for good.
My Program:
I am following the fat and calorie guidelines from SP and tracking all of my food and beverage intake. It has proven to be quite helpful! I also am doing the 30 Day Shred for the first month to kick start my strength and endurance. I live in a city so walking is not a problem, it is something I do anyway.
