I was skinny until I turned 54!

I've been underweight my whole life. Always able to eat whatever I wanted. All of a sudden, I have this roll of flab hanging over my pants, and I don't really have a dieting mentality. Kind of at a loss as to how to proceed...I really don't want to buy new clothes. Anybody else with the same problem? Oh, yeah, I am blaming it on menopause:)

Thank you for noticing my 1000 mark!!! Now that the weather is warm I can bike ride! It is the best fat burner for me out of all that I do and the least stressful on my poor old body LOL. Today I rode 30 miles avg speed was 12.5 MPH I feel as though I need a nap though and I intend to take it in a few. How are things going on in your journey? I'd love to hear from you once again!

I hear ya! and It seems impossible to lose. Every time I've tried, I've gained back 2x what I lost. SP site members assure me that we can do it. I'm here going on day 5 and LEARNING through my journal some of the dietary mistakes I've been making...amazing! Monday is my first weigh in...My page is open if you want me as a SparkFriend :)))
