I am trying to reach and maintain a healthy weight. I am tired of gaining, then losing, then gaining some of it back. I want to look in my closet and have pants that fit, and I don't want them to be comfy pants with an elastic waistband.
I have a horse and dogs, so I get most of my exercise through them. I get the feeling that it isn't enough, but need to find exercise that doesn't involve a gym. I tried the whole gym thing. It was fun, but I am not made of $ and I am really too lazy to leave the house to exercise without one of my furbabies.
I am a teacher and I find it really hard to resist kids selling candy bars, vending machines full of sugary delicious beverages, and a quick run to the senior snack bar. I really need help bringing healthy snacks to work and staying on track. Honestly, I love raw veggies, so I don't know why I don't eat them more often.
I'm also in school. I have used this whole busy lifestyle thing to say hey, one quick stop to the convenience store won't hurt. I'm right, one won't, but once a week or 6 times a week and bam, my hips won't fit in my favorite jeans anymore. So Spark people, help me get motivated please!
I want to lose some weight, be healthier, and look better in my clothes.
I am going to use the food and exercise trackers on Spark. I will try to exercise my dogs every day, and my horse three times a week. I will stop eating junk food in my car.
I really love my pets. I have 3 cats, 2 dogs, 1 horse, and some fish.
