Ready to be a PHAT PA, not a FAT PA.... I joined SP with a wonderful group of friends from my PA class - we're motivating each other on a daily basis! I've struggled with my weight for as long as I can remember. I've lost and regained a couple of times in the past. There are lots of things in my life that come easily to me, and I've been very lucky. But being a "healthy" weight is a dream for me. I'm finally ready to make that dream come true - and make it stick.

My Goals:
To change my lifestyle and make healthy eating and regular exercise a part of my daily life. To run a 10K in spring 2008. For the bridesmaid dress I'll wear in June 2008 to require altering, because it is too big :)
My Program:
Track, track, track. Track calories every single day. Track water consumption every day. Track fitness daily - cardio workouts 5x/week, strength training 3x/week.
