Choice: pain of discipline NOW or pain of regret LATER...choose wisely
A friend once said, "Success requires sacrifice. It's not about what you can DO, it's about what you can DO WITHOUT." I'm 48 years old and I have achieved and done many things, but one thing I can't do without is good health and a positive vibe, so I'm making sacrifices of the many vices in my life that have led me to being overweight. I'm on a daily journey to make the right choices and lead by example. Wanna come?
