Basically I am just here to help me maintain what I have and to hopefully lose a dress size or two....... or three or four. Plus I would like to have the energy to keep up with the kids in our family.
I would also like to feel more comfortable about my curves and being in them.
I am trying to add excersize 3 days a week for a minimum of 30 mins.
I go outside or workout from the comfort of my own home, my goal is to do this without joining a gym.
Also I am watching my calorie intake and adding more fresh produce to my diet.
I am a huge fan of the small town life, I will never be a city dweller (maybe one day a burbie but never deep in the hustle and bustle). I love the outdoors, hiking camping and discovering new things. I am lucky enough to live close to the mountains so spntaneous day trips into nature or random flights to unexpected destinations occur all over the place. Spontaneity keeps me sane. I am trying to live each day as a new one and to try something new as often as possible.
Well I am a reader, a movie buff, the classic couch potatoe profile (lol j/k)To say I just like these things is a huge understatment, I LOVE to do all of this. However I would love to get into more of the things I have been interested in but have been to scared to try like rock climbing, snowboarding and cycling (did I mention I'm a bit of a wimp too?)
