Hi Emma Cide, I know what I'm putting into this and what I'm not. Kicking it into high gear means no more flaking on myself. I know I have made some great changes but its all been the simple stuff, now I have to push it harder. My workouts need to be stronger, my soda intake needs to be never, my alcohol intake needs to be never, my mouse sneaking cheese ways need to come to an end and I can no longer afford to let exercise go on my weekends. During my work week the new habits are in full swing but by the weekend, I bust out the vodka and cheese and think I'll just have a little but right now, I can't do that. I can have a little when I lose the weight but right now, I can't sneak any of it in.
Go over your habits, see which ones are holding you back and knock them down. Remind yourself nothing last forever, we can indulge once in a while but not now, not when we are trying so hard. Good luck, you can do this! So can I. 1600 days ago
