hey, i've been back for about a week and a half, haven't really gotten into it too much - doing great eating right and exercise and logging - but not using the msg boards or challenges too well yet. Need to check some out. Just need to lose a few but really want to get back in the routine of eating right and exercising! awww thanks for stopping by. i had put on about 20 lbs and last aug decided i was gonna start working at it again (exercise and eating right) I did and got back where I wanted to be, am still there, but in the past couple of weeks haven't exercised. My grandmother just moved in a nursing home 5 minutes away and I'm there twice a day and daughter is playing college softball so on the road for games. But today I said I was gonna start back on the treadmill and actually did!! So, i am feeling great, but need to not let old habits slip back in.
congrats on the new baby!! I envy you having the small kids (miss em, mine are almost 19 & 21 now) but I DONT envy you with trying to be heathly and having the little ones!! It is so hard, just make time for you!!! (dont hear me wrong, I always put my kids first and that isn't a bad thing, I dont regret any of that! but it is also putting your kids first to take care of you physcially!!) so do what you have to do, it'll make you a better person and more importantly a better mom and wife!!
