Hi Sparkers,

I began SparkPeople again in early September, 2013. By Fall 2014 I had lost almost 43 lbs on SP/SC. However in my usual fashion I relaxed and didn't stick with the healthy eating or exercising and regained nearly all that weight by Spring 2015. In March 2015, I fell and broke my left femur. Needless to say I was extremely depressed--I spent all of March, April and May in the hospital and a rehab facility. Finally I'm coming out on the other side of this and ...

Needless to say I was extremely depressed--I spent all of March, April and May in the hospital and a rehab facility. Finally I'm coming out on the other side of this and walking again, however, with a walker and working on my weight. Happily, I have now re-lost 34 of those pounds. I want so badly to do this. Can I do it? I think so -- I won't give up!!!

My Goals:
Eat between 1220 and 1570 calories a day.

Do at least 10 minutes of fitness per day.

Eat more veggies daily--at least 3.

Forgive mistakes--perfect is not possible!



My Program:
*Track what I eat.

*Learn what works & do it.

*Check how many calories are left before supper.

*Be forgiving for mistakes.

*Eat a favorite once a week and enjoy it.
