It's all about me!
My name is Rhonda... I'm a mom, wife, and sister, I home school one of my children and I have always put everyone before me. I decided i want a better life for myself and it was time to make myself, a priority... a healthier priority. I am not sure when i stopped walking? I had always loved hiking and biking but here i am, bad back, bad knees, bad feet but i am determined to get back at least what i enjoyed most and find myself along the way. *** UPDATE *** April ...

I had always loved hiking and biking but here i am, bad back, bad knees, bad feet but i am determined to get back at least what i enjoyed most and find myself along the way. *** UPDATE *** April 2012 Gosh where to start? I realised i needed to lose weight, I struggled, and struggled, then I lost 55 pounds, only to be diagnosed with Graves Disease. The meds I was on caused to me gain a lot of it back, and I thought I would lose weight when I went into remission, but I did Not. I mostly concentated on the basics eating right and trying to remember to exercise. Now after about 6 months of remission, my thyroid is gearing up to be hyper again. i can tell. so i am back on meds, and hoping i don't gain the rest of it back. I wish every day for a cure to autoimmune diseases, it 's not fun when the doctors don't know what causes something or how to fix it.

My Program:
I am following the Spark people and weight watchers program, tracking all my food, and adding movement. I started walking one step at a time. one block to two to three, at least once a week.. ...building myself back up from the bottom.
