    Thank you so much for stopping by my blog with questions about fitness. I agree with you that getting something done in the morning is such a great idea. Since I've never liked exercise, I've a million excuses. It is just so interesting to me to see that there are so many people who consistently get 120 minutes a day...I'm fascinated by that. Like you, I often have too many things going on. One thing I have done (which actually doesn't add up to measurable exercise minutes) is to take one hour of evening TV watching and each time a commercial comes on, I get up and march...pretty intensely. It can be anywhere from 3-4 minutes each time. But, it's not 10 minutes, so don't count it. But, it at least does me some good!! I appreciate your comments! Jeannie
