    Oh, my! Such a reasonable response to the change that has many Sparkers absolutely livid! Some like it but, for the most part, the reception is quite negative. You sound so calm!

    I think part of the "anger" is because, when users actually request changes, they are advised that Spark has a very limited staff and don't have the "bandwidth", aka time and resources, to accommodate the requests. Then they go and do something drastic like this that affects everyone but no one requested!

    I must admit that, while I won't leave Spark, it's lost some of it's appeal by making everything generic. Some of my Spark friends had lovely pages!

    I thought we found a Dr willing to take my secondary insurance,,, but NOPPERS !! All of them take my main insurance,,,,, so yeah,,, this one doesn't,,,, so we need to keep on looking. SIGH !!

    Just reading ur page. Is walking hurting to much? When it for me,,,, I do beginners yoga,,, it can work up a sweat if you do it with all you have. I find a TON of them on youtube I put in "Jen Hillman beginners yoga (than the part of my body which is hurting the most,,, lately my neck !! Ever since the car accident,,, it EASILY goes out of wack,,, YO ! Can't move it so yeah the yoga helps IMMENSELY !
