There are 2 parks on Westfall Rd: Brighton Town Park, just west of S.Clinton, has a paved trail that meanders back past a pond, through swampy weeds/trees to the canal path. There is friggin' no one around -which made me a little nervous. Buckland Park, between S.Clinton & S.Winton, fairly wide open, lots of ball fields, a playground, couple shelters, more parking etc so it felt much safer, has a semi-paved path around the perimeter about 1 mile long -but the bathroom was still closed for the season. I haven't checked out the Meridian Center Park further south off S.Winton yet, but it looks like it has similar type paths. In a couple weeks the Cobbs Hill Resevoir will be open past 6pm again, but it can get busy on nice days.

Welcome to Spark and the 30-Somethings with 50-99 Pounds to Lose team! I hope you'll come introduce yourself to our group (if you haven't already) as we're very active and the friendship there really helps so much on this journey. Don't let the site overwhelm you too much - it's extremely chaotic in the beginning (I just started here a few months ago, and remember that very well!), but it will get easier if you just stick to it for a week or two. :) Good luck on your journey, and I'm looking forward to getting to know you better!
