I'm right there with you sister, sitting at a nice 158 lbs this morning :) I too tend to go back and forth yo-yo-ing between really doing well and really doing NOT well. Keep up the hard work, its SO worth it!! 2001 days ago
Hello there, Thanks so much for adding me as a friend! I totally relate to your struggle with the yo-yoing and with having gained back the weight you had lost. I gained around 10 pounds in the last few months because I was so depressed after a break up. Now I don't really weigh myself, just measure. That has helped in releaving me a little of the obsession with numbers (numbers on a measuring tape mean less to me than the ones on the scale).
Hope you're doing great and I wish you lots of luck with the rest of your weight-loss journey. You're doing a wonderful job! Julia 2507 days ago

We will listen and help pick you up when you mess up and pat you on the back when you succeed. A valuable tool is the nutrition tracker. You will find it under the my tools tab. It will show your calories, fat, carbs and protein. Drink 8 glasses of water a day and get 30 grams of fiber with the water a day. Exercise 30 min. a day. Spark mail me if you need any help.
