Hi SparkPeople. This is my page. I joined just about one year ago and right away lost about 20 lbs. I thought, "This is it, I'm never going back." Hi SparkPeople. This is my page. I joined just about one year ago and right away lost about 20 lbs. I thought, "This is it, I'm never going back." Well, of course I did :) I find the tools on Spark incredibly useful, but really one website cannot mitigate a lifetime of habits. But I'm back for another round :) And I set an even bigger goal for myself. I'm really trying to get down to 135 - right in the middle of that healthy BMI range, and less than I have ever weighed (at least as an adult). I log calories and log my workouts. Luckily I love to exercise and have a great gym right down the street, so that part is not difficult for me. It's just the CALORIES IN that is my problem! I am 6 months away from completing my M.D., and 5 months away from a lovely hiking trip to Yosemite with four of my best friends. And hopefully 5 months away from reaching my goal.
