My Weight Loss Journey

A few months ago, I just changed my mind about eating and decided it wasn't my reward anymore. I decided to stop eating to avoid my feelings and start this journey. Now, many parts of my life are messier, I have to deal with things, but I am healthier and happier.

My Goals:
July 2011 goals: Still would like to do a pull-up and run a 5k, but need to lose 25 pounds again! Sigh! Also need to get back to strength training and running. So: my goal for the next thirty days is to follow the Firm Express program and see how that goes. I am also starting to go to the gym with DH 2-3 times per week for swimming and cardio.

New Goals as of July 2009: Lose 5-10 more pounds, firm my abs, run a 5K and do a pull up!

Feb. 2008: Lose a total of 80 pounds, be able to shop in "normal" stores, stop feeling sluggish and trapped by overeating. Be cute again!



My Program:
Eat less, move more. Eat for hunger, move even when I don't want to.
