Hi! I love the butterfly quote at the top of your page! :) Thank you for commenting on my progress blog. I don't have a set regimen--I work out with a buddy which really helps me. We've just been doing different combinations of 40-50 min. of cardio (mostly treadmill and eliptical, usually with intervals) 5 mornings a week, and 3 or 4 days we do strength training too. We change what we're doing all the time, which keeps it interesting for me! Anyway, thank you again and good luck on your progress!
