Hey! Fall is here, and I'm working at getting back into routine. Feel free to check in and let me know how you're doing. I fell off the wagon a few times this summer, so I'm right where I started, but I have a plan.
Busy busy these days, but hopefully it'll keep me focussed.
I have decided that I am going to make mini goals and hope that them mini goals will lead to the big goal of loosing 32 pounds my may. I havenever had to worry about this but since I am getting older my eating habits have changed and it is catching up to me.
what do you eat? I am a picky eater I dont like fish or eggs so I seem like I at a loss on what to eat. It seems like everything I see if made either with fish or eggs.
