Ready to get rid of more

I am a wife and mom of two. I work from home and need a focused plan to keep food under control. I've already lost 50 lbs and then plateaued for 6 months before coming to Spark People. Since then I've lost 10 more pounds and am ready to get rid of even more!

My Program:
Working out 6 days a week including some interval running. Being very careful to keep a watch over my food to keep it from creeping into my life more than it should be. It is just food, not all-important.
