Focused for my wedding day and beyond
Welcome! My name is Emily. I am 27 years old and I am getting married in August of 2013. I just graduated with my Master's degree from Central Michigan University.
I am trying to lose 90lbs before that point, which may be unreachable, but if I try I have to be better off than where I am now.

My Goals:
To reach 150lbs by July 2013. To feel healthy and fit and sexy and gorgeous on my wedding day. Is there any better motivation than that?
My Program:
My plan right now:
90min hooping x7 days/week
20 min zumba (on xbox) x3days/week
60 min zumba on saturdays
this ads up to be burning over 4000 calories per week. And when I work out, I eat better. So I really just need to stay focused.

Trying to plan a wedding, and live paycheck to paycheck while reaching my goals.
