Keep up the great work. You have set the long term goals and rewards which should really help.
Also I like the fact that you are keeping your daily fat intake down as well. That is one of the biggest problems that I think most people have, they watch the cards and sugars, but ignore the fat. With the amount of cardio you are doing, the cards are not as much of a concern as the total fat intake.

I lost more weight in the begining. I was averaging 4 pounds a week then I went down to 3 and then down to 1 so you get the picture.( So for the entire year it was an average of 2 pounds per week) I didnt platue until October which was 46 weeks in for me and it hasnt really been a platue more like loss of motivation? I'm ok I just keep checking in here everyday and any day now I know I will start losing pounds again.
