My Goals:
- Lose 30 pounds by swimsuit weather
- Participate in a charity walk in 2010. Most likely relay for life or Avon 3 day.


My Program:
Working out 5 times a week for 30 minutes. Mostly aerobics, but walking, yoga, and circuit training are included
Staying within my recommended nutritional intake range
