50 to Fit

I was 145 five years ago (right) when I got pregnant with our second child. Now that I am done breast feeding our third child, 211 pounds (left) and I am ready to focus on weightloss. My biggest challenges are our budget, my daughter's no grain no dairy low sugar diet and lack of sleep due to staying up late prepping low cost allergy friendly food, getting up early to help our oldest with homework before my work day starts at 7:30 each morning.

My Goals:
50 pounds as quickly as possible - Christmas ideally, Easter realistically....

My Program:
I have lost 5 pounds this moth before weighing in here and am on a grain free dairy free diet in solidarity with my daughter who is allergic to both food groups. This week I am focusing on taking the stairs when possible and drinking eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day.
