Doing ok - took some time off for vacation, but ready to move onto new goals :) I'm at that point in the month that I've got the munchies like crazy (grrrrrr!), but I'm trying not to totally overdo it everyday! If only my appetite could be controlled, this would be easy!!! 1303 days ago
My ankle is definitely getting stronger and I'm feeling a lot less pain - YAY!!! Finally! My weight loss wasn't substantial this week (0.6lbs), but I wasn't putting in my best effort the last couple days. I'm still on track to meet my 15lbs lost before vacation goal, so I've got to kick it into high gear and get my booty moving!

TurboFire - wow! Go you! I've been doing well, but doing the minimum when it comes to exercising. I twisted my ankle a few weeks ago (it's not even a good story, I tripped in my driveway!) and I just want it to get better so I can wear high heels again! Grrr!! I'm going to step it up this week.
