Here I go again...

Hello! I'm a 27 year old woman who needs to lose about 60 lbs. I've struggled with my weight for all of my adult life, and really need some inspiration to get back to the healthy weight I enjoyed in my teens.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose about 60 lbs (which would put me in the 160's), but really I just want to be healthy again. I want to be a more active person, and to be fit enough to enjoy life again without worrying about my body holding me back.

My Program:
-30-60 minutes of cardio 4 days a week
-30 minutes of strength training 2 days a week
-keeping a food journal and eating between 1300-1600 calories a day

Other Information:
I live in beautiful Southern Oregon, where I am lucky enough to be less than 2 hours from just about any outdoor activity you can think of. I want to hike in the woods, swim in the ocean, kayak down the river, and snowboard on the mountains, which are all within my reach.
